Users can upload their file and specify a key and initial value to generate a ciphertext. The encrypted file can then be downloaded and securely shared with others. To decrypt the file, the user simply needs to provide the ciphertext and corresponding key.

A Python application that handles the coordinates, neighbors, distances, and costs of 263,346 points in JSON format. The application can compute the shortest path with or without an energy budget.
